We are Lucas and Martin Morales, fraternal twins from Miami deeply influenced by our family’s entrepreneurial legacy. Our grandfather pioneered galvanized pipes in Colombia, and our father dedicated himself to real estate development in underserved areas like Little Haiti. Growing up, we absorbed values of discipline and empathy, which inspired us to start our own business. Early ventures included dog-sitting and drone videography, but it was our hands-on experience working with our father on renovation projects that truly set us on our path.

Recognizing the potential in short-term rentals, we pooled our savings to rent and list a recently renovated property as an Airbnb. With our father’s support, we immersed ourselves in research, optimizing pricing and guest experiences. Despite some initial mistakes and regulatory challenges, we quickly adapted, achieving break-even within two months and reaching “Superhost” status by the third month, alongside earning a “Guest Favorite” tag due to our excellent ratings.

Today, we manage multiple successful Airbnbs with occupancy rates exceeding 90%. Juggling school, friendships, and college applications alongside our business has been demanding, but it fuels our passion for entrepreneurship and community impact. As we look ahead, we are excited about future projects and the difference we can continue to make, marking the beginning of a promising journey.
